Captains,
Tis be a glorious day as we are less than 12 hours away from ending this epic campaign. Cannonballs are whizzing across the decks of the ships, we have crew in the rigging and Captains like you at the helm steering this kickstarter towards victory!
I believe we are 3 Facebook page Likes from the Social Media Stretch Goal, yes 3, and less than 1.5k from hitting the coveted Sea Tile Stretch Goal! This is so exciting but we're not done yet Captains, keep hoisting your colors, sharing our page! The clock is ticking to get as many on board as possible. Get in the game!

Final 48 hours, Live Stream and more! (Day 26)

Ahoy amazing backers and fans a like!
What an amazing 26 days it has been, so let's get straight into it. We funded over a week ago and that is a clear testament to our amazing backers and fans who shared, liked and talked about British vs Pirates. We've unlocked some really cool stretch goals along the way and with the final 48 hours looming large I will continue to promote British vs Pirates to get as many of these stretch goals unlocked as possible!
Monday 10am Pacific Coast time I will be doing a Live Stream, going over every card in the game, playing a quick Backer vs Designer in real time and of course answering any question :-) I might even ware my pirate hat.
Setting a long term course. This kickstarter is Volume one of three I will be releasing for British vs Pirates. With each new expansion adding more game modes, more factions and more exciting content.
As we wrap things up on the campaign side I have already began shifting gears into manufacturing mode with; manufacturing, shipping and fulfillment quotes in hand. The next step is placing an order for a print run prototype where I will do a quality check and make any final adjustments. I want you to know that I will work hard to bring you one hell of a pirate ship game for this campaign, and future expansions. Ladies and gentlemen, I salute you as your humbled servant. Time is running out!

Ahoy Noble Captains...Thieves and Crooks...
There be whispers of the Spanish Navy just beyond the horizon. The
word is, Spain has stood idle long enough watching the Pirates and
English prepare for battle. If there be any true rulers of the sea it be the Spanish Armada!
I am
pleased to say we have an entirely new faction Add-On. Spain! It was
much anticipated almost to the point to where we should have named the
Core Game Spain vs Pirates. Never the less it has arrived and already
backers are going crazy adding it to their pledge. The Add-On includes
everything you need for a brand new faction; Ship Cards, Ship
Miniatures, Captain Cards, Skill Cards and even 18 Dice.

Top of the morning Captains, a lot of exciting news so early in the morning,
Beastsofwar.com did a short article on our game, it is on the front page of their website so definitely check that out. I am in contact with them as they have requested to receive a prototype so they can do a more thorough review. Um, yes! I am beyond thrilled about getting this kind of exposure and validation. It just feels good. More over, It wouldn't have been possible without your help, so thank you!
Next,
Spain. The amount of requests I receive for adding a third faction in the game is overwhelming. You ask and I have listened. I will be adding a Spanish Faction to the game as an add-on in the coming days. I have our amazing artist Tim Kings-Lynn hard at work on art as I create skill cards, ship cards and captain card stats for this new faction!

What an amazing first day! 200+ backers! Fantastic QnA in the comment section and on Social Media! I am beyond grateful for each and every one of you that believes in this salty swashbuckling game. Countless hours of passion went into it, I believe William Turner says it best "A craftsman is always pleased to hear his work is appreciated."
Alright yee noble Captains and wicked Corsairs. Next on our agenda is the British vs Pirates Facebook Page Likes. We currently have 1300 Likes and need 1500 to unlock the Mission Book. More details to come on Missions etc... Right, so hoist the colors get out there and share our FB page and smash that Like button! See you on the high seaaaaas..
